Property development was purely a passion and hobby of mine and something I’ve always wanted to do. What originally began as project managing clients through my business T And T Property Management to now; teaming up with some amazing like minded people who are now business partners and who all share the same drive around property. That’s where TRM evolved.

Our goal is to provide a better quality of housing and expand housing supply through sub-division and developments and in turn providing financial freedom for myself and my family.

The future of the business will continue to develop and grow and ultimately we would create growth by developing property across New Zealand and beyond.
